Torsion Spring
Torsion springs are helical springs that work by applying torque or rotational force. Unlike compression or extension springs, torsion springs store mechanical energy when twisted and exert a force in the opposite direction to return to their original position.
Torsion Springs made from Circular Section Wires and Bars as per Indian Standards. We manufacturing Cold coiled Torsion Springs made from wires and Bars of up to 20mm diameter.
Production Range: 00.20mm to 20.00mm Wires and Bars Diameters.
Materials Used    : As per IS 4454 Spring Steel Wire Grades 1, 2, 3.
As per IS 4454 ( Part II ) & ( Part III ) Oil Hardened and Tempered Spring Steel Wire Grades – FDSiCr ( 2D ).
As per IS 4454 ( Part IV ) Stainless Steel Wire Grades – 302 & 304.Phosphor Bronze, Spring Brass, Copper base Wires.
Surface finishing : Black Oxidation, Nickel-Chromium Plating, Electro Zinc Plating Phosphating, Powder Coating, Teflon Coating, Painting, etc.
